Path To HomeOwnership

 

Our Path to Homeownership program is for buyers that aren’t able to qualify for a traditional mortgage loan.  We work with local lenders, credit repair counselors, and several local agencies that will help a potential buyer improve their situation so that they are able to purchase a home.  We work with local agencies such as Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership which help educate and guide potential buyers towards the dream of home ownership.  The future home owner is required to meet with a potential lender so they can map the direction the buyer needs to take to achieve their financing goal.  The program is free to all buyers willing to put forth the necessary effort.
